The ADAC GT4 Germany series is set to commence its 2024 season with an unprecedented level of participation and brand diversity. As the series gears up for its sixth season, it has attracted over 30 vehicles from 16 teams, representing five different countries. This development signals a significant uptick in interest and investment in the series, promising a varied and competitive racing field.
Teams, both established and newcomers, have shown great enthusiasm for the series, with notable entries from prestigious manufacturers like Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-AMG, and Porsche. This variety not only adds to the competitiveness of the series but also showcases the appeal of the ADAC GT4 Germany as a platform for showcasing automotive excellence.

The series, which has established itself as one of Europe's premier GT4 competitions, will continue to race on the highly visible DTM platform. A highlight of the upcoming season is the series' debut at the iconic Norisring, adding to the excitement and prestige of the competition.
The 2024 season will feature six racing weekends, with five events in Germany and one international round at the Red Bull Ring in Austria. The format remains consistent with previous years, featuring two one-hour races per weekend with a mid-race driver change. In a nod to environmental sustainability, the series will once again use eco-friendly fuel.
ADAC Motorsport Chief Thomas Voss expressed optimism about the series' growth and the strong interest from teams. He emphasised the 'Road to DTM' program, which offers a clear progression path from the ADAC GT4 Germany through to the ADAC GT Masters and ultimately to the DTM. This structure has proven to be a compelling proposition for drivers looking to advance their careers in motorsport.
