The 7th Porsche Rennsport Reunion at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca was a spectacle that gathered 91,000 fans and showcased Porsche's history and future in motorsport. One of the key moments was the world premiere of the limited special edition Porsche 911 GT3 R worldport, which is limited to 77 units. Jörg Bergmeister, a long-time Porsche brand ambassador, took it for a spin and raved about the car's performance, clocking in lap times around 1:20.0 minutes.

The all-electric GT4 e-Performance also got a lot of attention. Driven by German Marco Seefried, this vehicle boasts up to 800 kW (1,088 PS) and represents Porsche's electric ambitions.

The hybrid prototype Porsche 963 was showcased by Porsche Penske Motorsport, warming up for the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship's finale. Works drivers Dane Cameron and Felipe Nasr shared driving duties with Californian Patrick Long.

Speaking of Patrick Long, he also participated in the tractor races, which were a surprising hit among fans. He went head-to-head with Jörg Bergmeister, who had borrowed a Porsche tractor from Long’s father.

More than 300 historic vehicles hit the track, including iconic models like the Porsche 917/30 from the 1973 CanAm season and the Le Mans-winning 919 Hybrid. It wasn't just about the cars; the event also featured tech workshops, music concerts, and meet-and-greets with Porsche legends.
